It doesn’t matter if you are new to the concept of in-home care, or just want a new caregiver; we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. Before the service begins, all of our clients receive an in home assessment of their needs. You and your family will have met with members of our management team and discussed all aspects of our personal care services as many times as you need. You can meet the attendant or caregivers and review the Plan-Of Care as you get to know each other and discuss your needs.
When you are ready, we will come over and complete the intake documentation with you. Once you sign up for recurring scheduled service, there is no charge for the first day while we get to know you, your home and your routine.
