Let’s face it, that extra 20 lbs we acquired over the holidays isn’t going anywhere fast and a resolution made over a late night champagne toast isn’t going to expedite matters. In fact, if you are like me, there is always something more important, more interesting or just more fun than taking time out of my day to exercise.
Well the same can be said for getting your parents long term care. There are so many variables and so many options senior services in central Texas. The easiest place to start is at home with a lawn or handyman service. Giving up the car keys may be easier if they know there are options available to help them get around. Aside from friends, family and volunteer organizations, there are public options to help seniors get around also.
